Stronger Together
29th Sunday of Ordinary Time

The strength that comes from collaborative work is quite phenomenal – the breaking of the recent marathon records pay tribute to the dedication of teams behind each runner.
Within our communities, as we work together in supporting each other whether it’s participation in the liturgy, speaking out for justice, or engaging with Synod – we go further and deeper than we can ever do so in isolation. Opportunities available for shaping our church through Synod 2020 is our chance to participate which will bear fruit. You can see examples of our ‘belonging’ if you visit the Events News on our website as we experience that unity as one Catholic Diocesan community.
Readers – please do sign up for training and enrichment in November by letting me know if you can join us.
One of my favourite quotes (linking to this week’s Gospel) from Paulo Coehlo “When you want something; all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” God Bless, Helen.
