The Feast of Christ the King

Our Readers’ Enrichment afternoon last Sunday was indeed enriching for all who attended: many thanks for the impressive turnout at St Clare’s and for Fr Aidan and the parish for hosting us.  Being aware that Christ is alive in the words we proclaim was insightful and humbling for us all. It was particularly encouraging to have two of the Pastoral Area Clergy join with us as we all had a turn at proclaiming God’s Word: we are all learning as we journey together.

A quote from Franklin D Roosevelt which is quite apt for our Youth Sunday on the Feast of Christ the King “We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future” God Bless, Helen.
