With the third Synod theme of how “We pray together” in full swing it’s a busy time in our Pastoral Area! I invite all those who enjoy singing and any musicians amongst us to keep the morning of Saturday 29 February free for a Music Day gentle get together led by Nick Baty.  We also are planning a Pastoral Area Lenten Stations of the Cross on Saturday 7 March starting with 10am Mass at Carmel in Maryton and praying the stations in churches within our Pastoral Area ending in the Cathedral around 4pm.  If you would like to be involved in leading a station or in any other way, please do let me know. Full details of both to be shared in the coming weeks.  Apt for today’s Gospel from Pope Francis – “The family is the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
